Consumer Notice

Consumers should be aware of thier rights, and limitations both within any Local or National Declorations, and the Terms of service agreement engauged. Restopro Assists Consumers, local and federal officials in providing clarity in these complex times, it is the clients responsibility to bring forth any concerns, limitations encumbrances,and permits necessary to facilitate services prior to engaugement, and or prior to start of work. (As an Emergency service provider our crews arrive ready to work, it is the clients responsibility to clear the path for the provider, and or engauge the necessary professionals to assure work can or starts timely, wait time and delays in progression could be associated to rediness fees incurred by the client, should outside costs or fees be associated to the clients lack of preperation). Restopro provides the following links to consumer notices Consumers engauging in ANY home services should be aware that they have teh right to request pricing from the carrier (ACV Format) for proximate costs prior to engauging in services, or start of work, Providers work for Consumers and not carriers, reguardless of what providers say as Local and State laws define relations directly with the consumer. RESTOPRO uses the National Estimating Metric called Xactimate to define ALL base or basic secenarios of services provided. (A list of basic functions is available and hourly metrics of teh Xoftware platform are discerned within the Work Agreement.
