These NEW openings in the building envelope - Now allows for migration of waters, promoting seepage, and affording a prolonged opportunity to slowly seep inside and migrate to the building materials, promoting mold, mildew .
Once inside, they can cause damage to building materials, and contaminate insulation with their urine and feces. These animals will remain in the new cozy confines until either, the holes are repaired, or the the animals are removed.
Open holes and continued access promotes free entry and or more raccoons as they will enter.
