How Your Adjuster Writes your claim ?Adjuster’s write property Claims in an ACV format, meaning from the perspective of line of sight estimating, and at the time of inspection. Little consideration is initially adopted for what is incurred in the opening days or moments of the flood recovery program. Service providers follow both the IICRC, S500, Flood adjuster manual as well as incurred service guidance such as provided within such specialty bulletins (Such as FEMA w-13025a, for recovery and structural cleaning and drying guidance) Xactimate scope details are utilized as normal, necessary and customary guidance.
What happens if the Adjuster does not recap or Pay for Services required ?AWI/RestoPro provides service, and removed/s items in a 3D format, meaning in an RCV format as service is incurred in a “Real Time Format” as it’s actually removed, and or incurred, or provided. Complexities in construction and or discovered, hidden and unknown objects and materials within the walls and cavities is recapped within this RCV format. (Damage items are defined within the scope of the water line, and within the scope of dismantling or removal process). Defects, Hidden or damage, and preexisting defects and or damage activity within the structure, required and indices unique to a home are not something we can warrant, therefore a Satisfaction certificate is presented and signed by you once work is completed. (Outside intervention, opinions, rebates will not be accepted nor warranted)Work completed vs the adjusters estimate could and often varies due to the removal process which the adjuster often does not participate, Items missing from the adjusters estimate will need to be reconciled, if the coverage limits are exceeded, per the work rate agreement, we are the first order providers, of which all others services and providers follow, (Meaning AWI/RESTOPRO must be paid to satisfaction before others are offered monies, and or paid, shortages in funding others must be externally supplemented to satisfy.
